Most folks that are in the real estate business are second career people. Which is perfectly good.
For me I was a bartender at Disney one moment in 1999 then a real estate agent in 2000. My
wife and I opened our real estate office the week of 9/11 in 2001. We went from 5 agents and
grew to well over 70 agents by 2005 and was one of the top 3 real estate companies in Lake
County. As our family grew, we felt in 2014 it was time to sell the office and do different things
with our real estate licenses to help us grow and become the professionals we are today.
Thoughts about the current market:
Fpr all of the folks buying and selling. Know that I have tons of experience and will get you the
best possible price in the shortest period. I don’t miss much during a transaction and have had
almost every curve ball thrown at me. This is a good time for international clients to work with
an experienced professional who can assist in all the different areas involved in buying a
property in the USA as a vacation home. Orlando is a great area for investment in real estate with
all the attractions and closeness to beaches, golf courses, universities, hospitals, and it has a great
climate.

and sellers try to take advantage of the best. We are now in an upward cycle finally again. For the
