What Makes Evergreen Park Stand Out?

Evergreen Park has the lowest starting price of the priced D.R. Horton communities shown as nearby on its page in November 2026. Move-in townhomes start at $306,500, compared with homes from the $340s at Kindred and the $400s at Travis Landing and Nona West. Listing data also shows no CDD, which keeps yearly carrying costs simpler. The tradeoff is fewer shared amenities. Buyers who want pools and clubhouses may prefer a larger community such as Kindred.
