I would give them 10 stars if you had that option! I have lived in Champions Gate (Davenport) Bella Trae since 2010. My family and I rent. As a tenant, I have worked with 3 different property managers. Neil and his associates, Peggy and Dawn, are by far the most professional team with whom I have ever dealt. They have gone above and beyond for my family. I recently moved into a different unit here as the one we were living in was sold by the owner. Unfortunately, Bella Trae Realty was not the property manager. What a difference it makes to have a team that creates a moment of magic, not misery, for my family. I highly recommend Bella Trae Realty. They treat you like royalty. I will miss having them as our property manager. I hope to one day either rent from them again or purchase one of the many homes they have for sale when I am financially ready to do so.

We just recently resigned our rental lease with Rebecca and her staff. This is our 3rd year renting with them and we have never had any issues. Maintenance requests have been taken care of in a timely manner and we couldn't be more pleased with the area and our home. Many Thanks!
